FINALLY UPDATING WITH PICTURES!

So, you'd think with not posting an update for basically a whole month I'd have a lot to talk about but surprisingly not really. Aiden is growing && changing so much everyday. He was 11.5 lbs && 22.5 in at his last appointment, which was now more than 2 weeks ago. He is smiling && cooing so much now, and it is so much fun!! // I am 100% bottle feeding now, completely lost my milk, but I've actually found it to be a bit of a stress relief. The doctor said he expected me to lose it because of my turners syndrome [a chromosome disorder that should have prohibited me from having kids, so considering the affect it could have had, it is not so bad]

My cousin Sarah had her baby August 19th. After 24 hours of labor && then a c-section Josie Olivia Sinsel finally joined us! :) She is beautiful && healthy! Only 6 lbs 8 oz. She is so tiny compared to Aiden.

Wedding plans are coming along nicely, practically done actually. I just have the flowers left to do, && I'm doing them myself so that can't be done until the day before. I have to call to make sure they have my red and white roses though:)

Anyway, I'm not sure what else to update one. My life is consumed by my Aiden && my soon to be amazing husband!! // I'll be better about updating more often :) In the mean time, here are some pictures of my lovely Aiden :: starting from where I left off in my last post with pictures, && all the way to today :)

Long overdue!

I can't believe I went all of August with only 1 post. If there is anyone who even reads this, I apologize and I really want to get better!

Aiden is getting so big! He was 11 lbs 8 oz when he went to the doctor almost 2 weeks ago now. And he was 22.5 inches then, too. He is probably even bigger now. I can't believe it :) He is 8 weeks tomorrow. My baby boy is already growing up!!

I can't believe I get married in just 18 days too. To my best friend. My better half. My God given blessing. I just filled out the marriage license information tonight, and we will go to the court and finish getting it on Friday :)

It's past my bed time, so no pictures :( I promise tomorrow I will try and post some though!!

The Lords Lessons

It's been a bit since I've updated so I figured quick update while my baby boy sleeps was a good idea!!

The last week or so has been pretty good. It's definitely tiring having an almost 3 week old, but we are blessed with a great baby. He gets kind of gassy, which makes his fussy [[even that isn't too bad]] and we are trying to figure out what is making him that way. And he takes an hour to nurse which can be kind of frustrating, but I'm so glad we finally have nursing down. :) I'm very glad I didn't give up. I wanted to so bad. I believe the Lord is really teaching me a lot of patience, which I have very little of, in the hard time of raising a newborn. I definitely find myself relying on his calming grace and mercy to get through the day. I find myself praying more than I have in a while. Praying for Aiden, help in understanding his needs when I feel lost, and for myself, when I feel over whelmed or sad. Patience is definitely a character trait I've always struggled with. Having a 3 week old that nurses for 3 hours and gets my up every 3 hours makes it hard to get out of the house definitely requires some patience. Things are getting better each day and I'm just trying to enjoy the time I have with my sweet baby boy :) That's really all I have to update on for now. I just ask for prayers as I continue to try my best to rely on God and learn patience...Thank you all so much.
